Welcome to Eastern Counties Finance – ECF.

ECF is committed to funding the agricultural and rurally related industries; we are a niche principle lender to the agriculture sector and due to our specialism have remained stable during the financial crisis, in terms of both increased lending volumes and decreasing default cases.

We specialise in providing plant, equipment and machinery finance; together with commercial mortgages for farmers and rural businesses. Our specialist sales team spread across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in five regional offices and our support team based near Cambridge provide an exceptional service through personal visits, tailored finance solutions and hassle free procedures. Whilst agriculture and rural business is at our core we also provide asset finance for all cars, commercial vehicles and industrial equipment on the same hire purchase, lease and operating lease facilities; plus mortgages on commercial owner occupied or investment properties. We are currently expanding into a range of new products and services driven by demand from our customers predominantly living and working in the rural community. Although our existing customer base is strong & loyal we are keen to meet new customers to show how easy asset and mortgage finance is with ECF.
