A farmer customer of ours who decided to diversify and purchased a local caravan holiday park on the Norfolk Broads. We funded 100% of the purchase with our land mortgage product over 25 years, then funded some new caravans for the park to spruce it up on Hire Purchase over five years
Mainly business customers with rural links such as log cabin parks, fishing lakes, caravan parks, clay pigeon shooting grounds, holiday activity centres. All requiring mowers, all terrain motorbikes, 4-wheel drive vehicles, these are usually purchased on Hire Purchase or Lease and usually repayment terms are tailored closely to seasonal income streams.
